Every course was memorable, from the Tom Kha Coconut Pancake with Thai Caviar, Clear Seafood Tom Yum Crystal Jelly, Crispy Blue Crab with Som Sa, Thai Sea Fish Ceviche, Grilled River Prawn with Blue Crab Roe Sour Curry, to the incredibly delicious Lotus Stem Coconut Broth. The experience concluded with charcoal grilled Thai premium beef served alongside rich Massaman curry and Saneh Jaan’s signature seasoned rice. Every dish was beautifully crafted, delivering authentic Thai flavors with a sophisticated contemporary twist. 🤍🦀🦐🥩
Dessert was the perfect finale, featuring water chestnut, mung beans, Thai figs, fresh palm sugar sago, and longan ice cream. Light, refreshing, and beautifully balanced, it completed the journey perfectly. 🍨✨
