Wine Tip
Trebbiano d’Abruzzo, dry, 2013
The slightly exotic fragrance of white flowers harmonizes perfectly with the baked pears. The wine has a light, low alcohol content and is therefore a good companion for this dessert.

Preheat oven to 180°C/350°F. Cut defrosted puff pastry into 6 cm squares with a sharp knife.
