300 gcamembert (round)
1 sprigrosemary
1 sprigthyme
2 clovesgarlic
1 tspolive oil
1 tspbutter

We recommend this Riesling late harvest to serve with the grilled Camembert. The fruit-driven wine develops a gorgeous bouquet with the scent of pear and apple. It therefore represents an exciting counterpart to this classic dish.

Step 1

Grilled Camembert

Preheat the grill. Place camembert on a square of aluminum foil and brush it with some olive oil. Top with sprigs of rosemary, thyme and crushed garlic clove.

Step 2

Grilled Camembert

Wrap the foil around the cheese to form a firm parcel and place it onto the grill. Grill for approx. 15 – 20 min. until the cheese is soft.

Step 3

Grilled Camembert

Cut the baguette lengthwise and grill shortly on both sides until it is crispy. Butter lightly and gently rub with garlic clove. Serve with camembert and vegetable sticks.
