Banana – Cherry Juice
This mild and fruity classic juice captures the banana aroma of this kid-friendly dish and harmonizes well with the cranberry flavor. To make, mix equal parts cherry and banana juice and enjoy with ice.
Preheat the oven to 180°C/355°F. Lightly toast brioche.

4 slices brioche or toast
Spread each toasted slice of brioche with a teaspoon of lingonberry jam.
4 tsp lingonberry jam
Cut the banana into slices or quarters.

Next, place a slice of ham, banana, and then cheese on the brioche.

Transfer the brioche onto a lined baking sheet and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C/355°F for 5 – 8 min. until golden. Serve warm.
