250 groot celery
250 gapples
40 mllemon juice
80 gcrème fraiche
100 gwalnuts
20 gparsley
150 ggrapes
150 gcelery stalks

Step 1

Classic Waldorf salad

Slice off peel of root celery. Grate root celery and apples using the large holes of a box grater.

250 g root celery / 250 g apples

Step 2

Classic Waldorf salad

Transfer to a large bowl. Add lemon juice, crème fraiche, and walnuts into the bowl.

40 ml lemon juice / 80 g crème fraiche / 100 g walnuts

Step 3

Season to taste with sugar, salt, and pepper. Mix well to combine and set aside.

Roughly chop parsley. Halve grapes and cut celery stalks into fine slices.

20 g parsley / 150 g grapes / 150 g celery stalks

Step 5

Classic Waldorf salad

Add chopped parsley, grapes and celery to the salad. Stir to combine. Enjoy with fresh parsley leaves and ground pepper.
