With its fine, natural sweetness, this wine harmonizes very well with the creamy walnut taste. The expressive body makes for a long lasting taste sensation.
Slice off peel of root celery. Grate root celery and apples using the large holes of a box grater.

250 g root celery / 250 g apples
Transfer to a large bowl. Add lemon juice, crème fraiche, and walnuts into the bowl.

40 ml lemon juice / 80 g crème fraiche / 100 g walnuts
Season to taste with sugar, salt, and pepper. Mix well to combine and set aside.

Roughly chop parsley. Halve grapes and cut celery stalks into fine slices.

20 g parsley / 150 g grapes / 150 g celery stalks
Add chopped parsley, grapes and celery to the salad. Stir to combine. Enjoy with fresh parsley leaves and ground pepper.
