Glowing red smoothie
The frozen raspberries add the special twist to this wonderful red smoothie. Sometimes I like to add a little Matcha powder to make it even more energizing.

Ingredients (2 servings)
90 g | cucumber |
2 | red beets (medium-sized, cooked) |
120 g | raspberries (frozen) |
1 tbsp | agave syrup |
250 ml | water (cold) |
1 sprig | mint |

Bircher Muesli
A bowl of muesli combines nicely with the smoothie and provides an extra kick of healthy energy.
Step 1
Peel and slice cucumber. Dice red beet.

90 g cucumber / 2 red beets
Step 2
Place cucumber, red beets, frozen raspberries, agave syrup, and water into blender. Pick mint leaves and add to blender.

120 g raspberries / 1 tbsp agave syrup / 250 ml water / 1 sprig mint
Step 3
Blend on high speed for approx. 2 – 3 min. until smooth. Enjoy as an energizing snack or breakfast.
