200 mlcoffee
50 mlwhipping cream
2 tbspbrown sugar
2 tbspwhiskey
hot water

Step 1

Irish coffee

Fill a coffee cup or glass with hot water to heat it. In a measuring cup, whip cream until slightly thickened.

50 ml whipping cream / hot water

Step 2

Irish coffee

Discard water and add brown sugar to the cup or glass. Add coffee and stir until sugar is dissolved. Add whiskey.

2 tbsp brown sugar / 200 ml coffee / 2 tbsp whiskey

Step 3

Irish coffee

Pour cream onto coffee over the back of a tablespoon, thus ensuring that it floats on top. Enjoy!
