Ingredients (1 servings)

1 stalkcelery
1 sprigparsley
50 ggreen salad (e.g. baby leaf, lettuce…)
100 mlwater (chilled)
200 mlorange juice (chilled)
ice cubes for serving

Serve the smoothie with our fruit salad with basil-tarragon granita for a light, refreshing snack.

Step 1

Clear your mind smoothie

Slice celery stalk and cut banana into chunks. Pick parsley leaves.

1 stalk celery / 1 banana / 1 sprig parsley

Step 2

Clear your mind smoothie

Add salad, celery, banana, parsley leaves, and cold water to blender. Pour in chilled orange juice.


50 g salad / 100 ml water / 200 ml orange juice

Step 3

Clear your mind smoothie

Blend all ingredients until smooth for approx. 2 – 3 min. Enjoy with ice cubes!
