PREPARATION 1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). 2. Cut off the top of the garlic bulb and place it cut-side up in a small baking dish. Drizzle with the olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Cover and roast for 20 minutes. 3. Meanwhile, in a medium-sized bowl, add the chicken, 1 cup mozzarella cheese, heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, cream cheese, and melted butter. Mix until well combined. 4. Pop out the roasted garlic cloves from the bulb and add to the chicken mixture; mix well, then transfer to a large baking dish and spread evenly. Top with the remaining ½ cup mozzarella cheese. 5. Bake for 20-25 minutes, until the cheese is bubbly and golden. 6. Garnish with parsley and serve with your favorite dipping snack. 7. Enjoy!
