it’s day five of 100 days of cheese and
we’re going all in on feta today we’re
making crispy air fryer feta rolls first
we’ll cut a block of feta into five even
pieces then cover a sheet of filo dough
and olive oil fold that in half set a
feta strip down and then fold that guy
like a little burrito brush with some
more oil and roll it up then we’ll throw
these guys in an air fryer for about 5
minutes or until golden brown like these
they’re perfect you can top this with
whatever you’d like but we’re doing hot
honey pistachios and sesame seeds it’s
not good
easy that is a journey of flavors
