beloved by me on day six of 100 days of
cheese we’re making creamy gorgona bacon
pasta to get started we’ll cook our
pasta and crisp up our bacon then add
shallots garlic and red pepper flakes it
smells like heaven right now then pour
in some wine let that Reduce by half and
then we’ll pour in heavy cream and by
now you’re probably wondering where is
the blue oh there it is add in the
gorgona with a little parmesan cheese
and whisk until combined and thick just
like this drop in those gorgeous noodles
and we can’t forget the bacon I think
blue cheese is a misunderstood cheese
it’s so complex and delicious if they
made it an ice cream I would definitely
eat that and to complete this dish we’ll
top it with some bacon parmesan and
chives blue cheese has never looked so
good let’s see if it tastes as good as
it
looks that is delicious like if you
don’t like blue cheese you’re going to
love blue cheese after this I’m going to
say five out of five stars I have eight
