how old is that that’s lasagna I make a last week of Friday we make three tra of lasagna at a time and then we propor them and then we freeze them we take some up as we need them okay so it’s not fresh that’s what I’m trying to say but does it mean it’s bad does it mean it’s bad I’m tellalian man here’s a guy from Scotland the [ __ ] he know about lasagna does any chef throw food away if it’s not bad answer that Mr Ramsey any chef yes hello you going to throw it away should I answer it or you going to [ __ ] no [ __ ] tell me go ahead [ __ ] tell me are you getting upset now no not at all not at all a little bit maybe every [ __ ] Chef I know makes lasna fresh every day when Chef Ramsey started critiquing tell me all these bad things about my food I feel like what does this guy out of his mind then the biggest disappointment was the steak who buys the steak that’s the toughest steak I’ve ever eaten I dropped down on the steaks because my business has dropped it was a choice steak it’s not my black gang is your right I love the way you got excuses for everything I couldn’t do anything right I was he was amazing it was very hard for me to swall I could I couldn’t believe it he said everything I did was wrong you’re very pumped up cuz I believe we have good stuff yeah are you asking me or telling me I’m telling you I think maybe you walk up on the wrong side of the bed I get out the same side of the bed every day I know what the [ __ ] I’m talking about and that food was Bland I I can’t believe you’re telling you my food sucks I can’t believe it I I Hest think you’re out of your [ __ ] mind it ain’t it ain’t there’s nothing wrong with it yeah there’s nothing wrong I think you’re a little too critical over critical the minute you get down off your high horse and start understanding what the [ __ ] wrong with this place then we might have something compatible to work with are you finished are you done done am I done I can’t believe it I’ve just started unbelievable okay I going to go clear my head I wanted some uh some [ __ ] I need some fresh air yeah you want me show you where the door is go through that one there than he could TI the [ __ ] out of me and just like really broke my balls and this guy’s out of control you I think someone needs to put him in line let me tell you something man for a guy to talk like that in front of me like that I can’t believe it and he’s still alive and we didn’t shoot him [ __ ] kill that guy having a quick look around the kitchen yeah uh the place is spotless yeah very clean kitchen’s immaculate we try unfortunately the [ __ ] I found in the fridge what’s this have a look at this that’s not the way we cook is it what we got chicken frenesi there yeah cooked sat there and what’s the matter with it what’s the matter with it what’s that set next to that’s a grilled chicken marinate we do for sandwiches and for salads that’s raw chicken Sammy we can’t put them closer by each other oh come on I know you want to mouth off and tell me how [ __ ] wrong I am and I’m a [ __ ] it but that’s appalling what’s this here it gets worse what the [ __ ] is that and why is it cooked because we have to make it raw and bake it in the oven it’s going to take too long the customers are not going to wait they’re going to leave well customers aren’t here so how can they leave they’re not here to begin with it’s a nice dish people like it it’s [ __ ] I don’t know he comes in like his [ __ ] doesn’t stink and I was trying to be prepared but he gets my blood rolling and he’s had of [ __ ] control can you do me a favor can you get rid of the cooked meat and put them with cooked meat and the raw meat with raw meat before we [ __ ] kill someone he’s right he’s right argue back I’m dying holy crap yo you know that bro J you’re killing me my kitchen stab they’re not doing their job everybody wants to do something their own way and there’s only one Chief and that’s me oh my God I have the ultimate combo uh soup can I get the biscuit can I do some me potato fries sure that would be great thank you what’s your strength I’m not really sure you’re not really sure I I’m good with the customers right and yet you work behind the scenes you in front the C wow and what you doing are you running around uh I’m the bus boy I you’re the bus boy I do whatever they tell me I okay Chef Ramy said hi to me I just looked up at him cuz I was scared his hair is a little crazy even though it looks soft it’s [Music] like so when the tickets come on where’ your TB go they were originally coming out here this broke so now they handri the tickets readyy we used to have a computer but um somebody spilled coffee all over the register and burnt it out we can’t afford to fix it Ashley what does this say oh ribon cut me two pachas Ashley write the tickets better so do the tickets take a lot longer to hand right or well if the writing is sloppy it tends to get a little confusing how long’s the pining down 6 months maybe order up even with handwritten tickets order up order up order up Naomi and Kevin managed to push out the food at a rapid Pace thank you you’re welcome got the food goes out fast isn’t it pretty fast excuse me this hot unfortunately the fast food is not exactly pleasing to many of the customers just kind of s what’s wrong with it they said the shrimp is no good what is that callif white wine wow no good the food coming back used to upset me more but it’s happened so often that I just become num to it does anyone ever get bothered about all the food coming back yes huh yes no it just seem everyone’s taking lost for words I don’t know what to do you right I’m taking it all in lightwise I know the feeding Colleen Hey listen I know you’re stressed and you got a lot on your mind but take the range and run your restaurant what can I get for you I’m just have cheese can I have spicy tender appetizer and burger there is no more Teresa no Burgers we’re out yeah you’re going to have to 86 how can we 86 of burger sorry with owner Colleen completely shutting down I really need that chicken for table 10 you’re going to have to wait a leaderless classic American runs into problem Table Three wants meatloaf we don’t have meatloaf after problem we have no cop I need these clean immediately after problem leaving the customers unhappy it’s it just doesn’t make any sense to me and the staff frustrated table 56 has been waiting 18 minutes for something to drink cuz I have no cups I know colen’s really stressed out how could you run a business when you don’t have enough Silo you don’t have enough cops can I have a cup uh there are there’s none in there there’s none in there you know who would want to come to a restaurant like that that’s so unorganized I wouldn’t D I need soup cups can you please wash them out there’s nothing there there’s two in there right now oh my God no soup cops like how do they expect me to start Ser hey guys guys guys wash dishes wash dishes I can’t I got to I can’t do this tonight I really can’t I can’t you got to go work to line because I’m losing my mind you need to take criticism better me take criticism back you’re like oh these people don’t know what the [ __ ] they’re talking about you don’t want to hear it right you don’t want to hear it but you have to though like you got to take it and be like maybe I am doing something wrong smell you know what you do wrong just take take more control of these guys and I feel that you don’t if you want me to take the control don’t go check and guess me about anything that I do behind here over his kitchen like this it proves he doesn’t care I want to be more involved in the business end of things forget the business aspect and your portion is the hosting [Music] portion I was going back to the hotel couldn’t sleep had a look in the kitchen and I am absolutely [ __ ] go smacked how can you do that when that is say that again what is that what is that come here Anthony how can you cook in this when was the last time this was cleaned the kitchen oh we try to do it on a daily basis I mean what have you seen under there underneath underneath here Joseph would you mind having a look I don’t think you’ve actually seen this down there there I see it look at that oh God please Anthony talk to me give me some form of feedback don’t [ __ ] me give me something please well they’re asked to do it every day the staff they what they’re asked to do it every day we’re on our ass with half a million dollar debt and you’re telling me now that you don’t even clean that’s what we have think you give a [ __ ] you should be absolutely ashamed Chef Ramsey came in like a bad out of hell and again just whipped the living crap out of me there’s only so much you you could do or say so why got no chance I am out of [Music] here they’re not drumsticks they’re crabsticks just dumped in here at top of another bag of Alaskan crab no dates No Labels how on Earth are you supposed to run a business when you’ve got no idea what’s in the freezers what is down here my God it gets worse look at it it’s absolutely jam-packed chicken after chicken after chicken my big worry is how much chicken does this restaurant really need I mean there’re just bags of it and not only that but the smell is horrific oh my God look at these fets I’ve seen less packs at an army base it’s over 50 packs of meat and whoever’s buying this needs to be fired now what worries me about this is there’s one more fridge [Music] upstairs what is that [ __ ] pigeon oh my God it’s never ending just when I think I’ve seen enough there’s more look dead decomposed soft dead oh that’s the snails o hell what is that in there that is a raw dead Lobster that is disgusting it’s 2 hours into Chef Ramsay’s inspection Michael balina and Jerry arrive unaware of what Chef Ramsey is doing and what he has uncovered H morning chef good morning chef I just need you for 2 minutes who in the hell buys produce here who who’s responsible for that I am you are [ __ ] pigeon what I’m trying to look at are the profits the purchasing the thousands of dollars waste these here they came in yesterday that’s dead let’s have a little look around here Jerry please and you wonder why I don’t like your sauce that is a dead [Music] Lobster and the freshest thing in this kitchen is that pigeon flying around and he’s lucky he’s still alive I thought that the kitchen wasn’t somewhat disarray did I think it was that bad no I’d love to turn around and say that’s it have you seen what’s downstairs in the fridge where do I start with this look at all this [ __ ] meat here I wanted to make sure I was ready for whatever ready for whatever help me for my way whatever whatever came your way I don’t know what to expect you’re burning money you haven’t [Music] got why is this like this and what happened Michael somebody’s not doing their job in in the kitchen that’s expensive you said this is ridiculous yeah my fault and my fault on our refrigerator I’m disappointed that so much was ordered in advance there’s no excuse for that spend some time together I’ve got to wash my [ __ ] hands before I get diagnosed with [ __ ] Stef cocky you smell good I smell good after shame Shan are you hitting on me no I like the after shame smells nice oh no you just brush your ass past me no I’m not Gordon is adorable and of course he’s not quite the butt I’m sorry order in the crab cakes are ready okay thank you how come they cooked already they’re pre- seared you sear a crab cake no we pre the crab cake and then it goes into the oven now hold on a minute why wouldn’t you do that to order for to expedite it out a little bit faster but surely it’ll take longer to get yes hotter once it already cooked yes is it me or does that not make sense it doesn’t make sense doesn’t make [Music] sense here is your crab cake sir may I get you any fresh pepper on that uh no thank you no how strange how are they doing in the kitchen a bucket of crab cakes like just go into the oven to be reheated but they were s off like yesterday did you know they were done there day before of course not I thought everything was fresh everything I feel like Paul is losing his Artistry and that he doesn’t care it’s not affecting him it not only pains me it it angers me quite frankly I mean that’s just not okay it’s all burned on the side all I get tastes the is the food it’s burned is it really I don’t like it is everything okay with your crab cakes burn it’s over okay yeah let me get that back you no problem I need another crab cake on the Fly what did they say I was burnt burnt yeah there’s two more we’re about to go out please tell me you’re not going to serve them no I’m not Chef we had issues with the crab cakes tonight it’s not the right way to do it it should be done a different way and I know how to do it different way but that’s not how it was done that it’s not it’s [ __ ] disgusting do something about it please P he’s a garbage this is not a reflection of the way that I want things to be okay so how we doing back there are you I’ll go check for you it’s an hour into dinner service and very little food has left the kitchen around 29 bre so hungry T I showed me that you hatey cooking I cannot ignite that little button I need to see it from you I feel awful I this is not the way that I want to work or the way that I know that I can work why are you doing it to yourself I I why you’ve got to give me the answer because I can’t start helping until you tell me but I mean no one’s asking you to rent and Rave I’m just asking you to have some fire it’s not normal for a guy that’s been cooking for 20 years plus to stand there with no feel or passion and send [ __ ] like that as if it’s just going over your head whether you like or not you have given [Music] up your whole family is on the line here do you know how hard it is to look at my kids when I go home at night why am my wife it’s not easy okay it’s not supposed to be easy I don’t care if it’s not easy I just want it to be better but don’t stop trying think I’m happy I’m miserable I don’t want to get out of bed in the morning I want to stay in [Music] bed okay listen I’m committed to helping you and I’m not leaving this place until it’s set we are going to work at this together at turning this around tomorrow I want you at your best yes yes get some sleep thank you good night good night [Music]
