Will it pudding: Biscoff
This one’s for all the @biscoff lovers! 🤤 Welcome back to “Will it Pudding?” and this week I incorporated one of my favorite flavors ever – Biscoff. Dare I say this is the best one yet?
Biscoff puddingÂ
RECIPE:
Ingredients-Â
4 large eggs, room temp
1 1/4 cups white sugar
1/2 cup packed dark brown sugar
2/3 cup BiscoffÂ
1/4 teaspoon fine table saltÂ
2 teaspoons vanilla bean paste (or pure vanilla extract)
1 1/4 cups all purpose flourÂ
1/4 teaspoon cinnamonÂ
2 sticks of unsalted butter, melted
Vanilla ice cream serving!
Steps-
1. Preheat to 325°F.Lightly butter a 9×12-inch baking dish (ceramic or glass is best) (if your dish is a bit bigger or smaller it will work just watch the bake time.
2. In a large bowl, with an electric hand beater or a stand mixer on high, beat together the white and brown sugar with the eggs for 5-7 minutes until thick and pale yellow.Â
3. Whisk in the salt, vanilla paste, Biscoff spread and finally the flour just until combined. Finally whisk in the melted butter until combined.
Pour the batter into the prepared dish and place it in a larger baking pan. Add enough of the hottest tap water to the pan to come halfway up the side of the dish and bake for 50 minutes or until A toothpick inserted 2 inches from the side comes out 3/4 clean. The center will appear a bit under-baked; this dessert is between a cookie and a pudding. Scoop portions into bowls and top with a scoop of vanilla ice cream if you please!
