  2. Here in Western North Carolina we're waiting on the bad weather to get here. Makes me wish I could be in South Louisiana for some of that! Thank you Mr Bruce!

  3. Watching these vids makes me want to pack up and move to that part of the country. But then I remember, "oh yeah, I'm a city boy." LOL! I have some experience in the country, living in Wisconsin and Missouri. Doing a little bit of hunting and fishing. But not enough to truly make it on my own out there. I suppose the best way to learn is to just be thrown out in it and be told "survive." LOL

  4. I love watching you on Swamp People, but I equally enjoy watching your cooking videos. You know how to get my mouth watering 😂

  5. Love some maque choux. I like it folded up on some fry bread Mr Bruce. Thank you for bringing back them old memories

  6. Looks awesome, yum! If ya scrape the cuttin board with the back side of yer blade it’ll stay sharp longer. Bruce is the man, chef extraordinaire! 🤙😋👌

  7. I want to try that, Bruce. what sucks is that it's just me and hard to cook for one like that. lol
I know all about that good taste that gets stuck in the bottom of the pan. One of the things I like to do is add some butter to the pan and scrape up whatever's there from the sausage or bacon I just fried and get it mixed in that butter and grease and throw two eggs in there over -easy. It's good! We know how to eat down South, for sure.

  8. Love your cooking! Thank you for sharing your ideas, recipes, and grandmas ways. Really love encouragement to experiment with many different options thereby helping reduce some people's fear of doing just that!
