Wow that looks amazing. Did you know between long Beach and Catalina they dropped 500000 barrels of ddt into the ocean, so be careful where you source your stuff, long beach is not to far from sb. Apparently the barrels are leaking and they don't want to disturb them becsuse it could cause a environmental disaster. Sea currents could drag that stuff to sb easily and sea urchins eat coral.
