Who has the extra income for a dinner like this?
This is the kind of food that is expensive and when you leave the restaurant you are still hungry.
It was a much better restaurant about twenty years ago. The space is undeniably handsome. A chef of a restaurant of this supposed caliber who says "we make you do the work" to customers isn't particularly charming but patronizing.
