  1. Usually sardines are first to go after groceries… I don’t over complicate it

Either with bread (toast or some from the bakery), fusilli and eggs fried and mixed or indomie or with fried rice

  2. @daywithmei has so many shorts where she reviews tinned fish. I turned up my nose to tinned fish until I watched her reviews. Now I seek out new ones and I have my favorites.

  3. Fun, If Strange, Fact: Sardines have A LOT of Omega-3 oils in them and can actually reduce the number and severity of migraines in people who suffer from them.

  4. Stir fry sliced onions and chili padi in oil, and then add those tomato sardines! Yum…

  5. Well im an american who hates fish
    But normaly
Our way well how i learned to eat sardine
Sardine probly a bites worth on how ever many bites it takes till your done
We use saltine crackers ? Its like a plain cracker with just salt

  6. Hahaha, my pantry looks about the same 😅
I write the expiry date with marker so that it gets eaten in a timely manner. No waste!!

  7. Surprisingly sardines are delicious with fried pico de gallo (onion, fresh tomato and jalapeño) adding cilantro makes it pop .

    Then eat it with saltines

  8. I grew up eating and loving sardines so i always have some. My favorite way is on a thick slice of toasted sour dough with fried eggs. I even toast the sardines in the pan to crip them up. So delicious

  9. Wait wait wait why do i see Słodka Chwila budyń there? It's the most basic Polish brand wheeeere are you girl i must know! 😂 (i'm from Poland that's why i'm so invested hahah)
