Tbh, gallery by chele was underwhelming for me. I’d rather have my tasting menu at toyo eatery.

I'm not into Fine Dining yet I don't judge those who want it to experience. If ever, FINE DINING for me would be ONCE IN A LIFETIME and really grateful for this content somehow trying to get at least into the zone of culinary luxury
Next time I am in BGC I will check it out.

100$ for that experience in the Philippines is actually not a lot. as a Filipino I thought that would be at least 200$. Maybe way back but nowadays it's hard to find anything of value in the Philippines for a dollar. 😢

I notice they have very bad lighting. Some areas where too dark and have hard shadows that makes the place feel depression rather than private & cozy. Also try to avoid using white light when featuring dishes.
