    I usually boil the fish then pick it but I see from you that frying it makes it easier to pick

  4. Suggestion whenever you boiled fish for soup, strain the first broth off then add it back to pot then continue your cooking. In doing so you eliminate fish bones that you may or may not see. ok.

  6. I just learnt something .to cook the fish until soft; remove the fish from the water; add the food kinds to the water;add the seasonings and okra ;then debone the fish and add back to the pot .
