My kids LOVE lo mien. It's just oyster sauce soy and a bit of sugar. You can buy lo mien noodles or spaghetti or even packets of ramen work. Saute veggies of choice we like onion carrot and celery cut thin. If you want meat you can, we like it without even. If you add baking soda to your meat before and let it sit it makes it like restaurant Chinese protein add sauce. Once it boils. Add pasta toss done.
