  1. If you have to burn the bone with a a torch then your not ready!!! 1k for bullshit amateur skills!!!

  2. Oh, just fck off with the whole table theatre bs. The proof is in the pudding (or in this case, the steak). Its either prepared amazingly and tastes as such and it worth the money, or it isn't. This is purely an annoying trend to both upweight the price and to also gloss over mid-quality food, for the sake of dim-witted food-tubers.
As im not one of those fools, I actually know how to use cutlery and I'll cut up my own steak thanks

  3. Dont usually post hate comments, but the knife skill was bad, the knife was dull, no need for a torch unless your grill doesnt cut it, and finally, dude, the presentation of the dish was horrible. 1000$ was one heck of a rip off my dude 🙁

  4. Everything about this is garbage. Whoever pays $1000 for this deserves to get taken advantage of

  5. I get it. People buy this for the experience. Im sure the service is impeccable, and the steak is probably decent. By no means though, is the steak the reason this costs $1000. The only cut even more overpriced than a tomahawk. Is Thor's hammer.

  6. You know what I think would be cool? So you have these massive Tomahawk bones. If a restaurant serves their steak Peter Luger style, where they cut it up and in it's slightly undercooked and then you rub it along the scalding plate edge or baste it in the butter sauce to finish. What if they took the Tomahawk bone (since the steak is already deboned in the kitchen) put the bone on the plate in the broiler and then table side, they placed the bone on the top of the nearly cooked steak to finish.
