at 3:42 it couldve been an old batch of pizza dough., are you sure it was the same pace, coz your base looks more overcooked. shouldnt the base be similar in colour.

They make their own prawn crackers. They are really easy and cheap to make yourself. You can buy them in the Asian aisle at the supermarket.
