  1. When I saw the name of this I thought, how can that be good, peanut butter cheese log, never thinking it was cream cheese, but it looks delicious. Now, I know what our Sunday School class will be getting next week. Also, never thought the reasoning about the cheese ball but what you said makes total sense, so no more cheese balls being made.

  2. Dear Melissa & Tom,
This looks delicious!! I have a question about KA mixers. I see that y'all have the bowl lift mixer vs the head tilt one. Is the bowl lift better, if so, why? Thanks! Also, I love your videos & your cookbook!! Thank you!!

  3. Hi tom and melissa, great recipe.sounds so good. I found out last weekend that my granddaughter loves peanut butter ( I gave her a jar of almost empty, and a small spatula , and let her sit at the buffet bar and have at it.) Needless to say, I have quite of few pictures of her and her long red hair. I know what we will be doing this weekend. She can help too. She loves to cook too! She is only 6. Have our recipe for the weekend planned out for her..

  6. Hi Tom and Melissa. My family just celebrated 60 years making our peanut butter log this past Christmas. My family waits for this. I've shared the recipe that was given to my Mother all those years ago by a neighbor. I hope to mail it to you for the next holiday. But I love the looks of this different recipe and will try it. Love your channel. PB

  7. This gives me an idea! I’m one of those few people who don’t like to eat large or hard chocolate chips (like in trail mix, etc.) so I think I would love to try this log using cinnamon sugar in the peanut butter and roll it in one of those jars of chopped salted nuts (packaged for ice cream sundaes) and perhaps a few mini chocolate morsels. But I think Melissa will agree that a salted nut covered cinnamon-flavored peanut butter log would also be tasty!

  8. Ack! I love it! This reminds me of Rose’s Maple Syrup Honey Brown Sugar Molasses Rice Krispie Log from Golden Girls!
    Thanks T & M!
