You need to check out Springfield style Cashew Chicken in Springfield Mo. I'm not there any more so i can't tell you who is best but the man that created the recipe owned House of Leong and they have been making it for over 60 years or more. His grandson runs it the last time I checked. Leong Asian Diner I believe is the name now.
Guy looks teenie compsred to that GUY😂
I was looking for some Schweinshaxe
IT be so cool if you would do a live show cooking your favorite recipes. We still watch the Emeril's show. Adios from Springfield Missouri 🇺🇸🌄🐂
Please visit “Aisel’s Restaurant (Clute, TX)”!💖🤤🙏👍👍💯💖

The Weisswurst were stale should not be served with potato salad and sauerkraut 😭 with sweet mustard and a weissbier and a pretzel is proper poor selection of the Bier menu 😢
I have one word yum on everything ❤

That Lauer Kraut lady was a trooper. Still going to work at 9 months!? And look at the work she's putting in. Also those kraut burgers looked super tasty.
"German fried rice" lol. No such thing, I lived there for ten years.
Am I the only one that was getting frustrated with the fact that the Laur-Kraut lady was calling BIEROCKS laur-kraut burgers?!?!? Like wtf is a laur-kraut burger it’s called bierocks!!!
Was at Haus Murphy last week, hadn’t been there in 3yrs…WHAT HAPPENED? The service at 4pm upon opening was embarrassing for them and the food was even worse! GROSS…I repeat, WHAT HAPPENED??? Bc…ABSOLUTELY NOT!
You should go to the North Side of Pittsburgh for some good German food in Deutschtown!! There's also another great restaurant in the South Side of Pittsburgh!! I really like those restaurants, being German ❤
This episode makes me really miss my German grandmother's cooking
As an Austrian i must say that is not a Schnitzel
In nebraska we call the krautburger a Runza .it is a tradional Germans from Russia meal.

How I miss this show
I make sauerbraten about every other month when I can find a good deal on beef, but I don't use the buttermilk version. My German mother-in-law taught me to make it Nürnberger style with red wine, red wine vinegar, and the typical seasonings, including juniper berries. For the sauce, I use the German Soßenkuchen when I can get them, or gingersnap cookies. The Kraut burger thing we call bierocks in the Midwest.
Guy came to Oklahoma City about 15yrs ago and went to a little place called Ingrid's Kitchen. It definitely boosted business for us (I worked in the bakery). Ingrid's closed almost 4yrs ago now, but I'm still close with several coworkers. Thank you Guy, and Happy Birthday! I just celebrated my bday yesterday! 🎉🎉🎉
One of my faves!!!
Guy needs to learn how to correctly pronouce "spätzle" We do love you though.
Straight to flavortown!
