I had Carabineros in Spain, they were cooked right where they sold them. One that reminds of it is one that is only in the sea around Denmark. It is called a deep sea lobster/jomfruhummer/Nephrops norvegicus. Why it is called a lobster, no one know. It can get up to 24cm

I think you should do a segment on homemade foods that people in other countries actually eat at home, not the streetfood version most people already can't afford to eat everyday. Think about it sunny!
by the way, using rice fields after harvest to grow shrimps is great practice because it ensures that the rice grew in way less arsenic soil since the shrimp will not survive otherwise.

Sonny you missed a great opportunity to list all the shrimps like Bubba from Forrest Gump. You can barbecue it, boil it, broil it, bake it, saute it. Dey's uh, shrimp-kabobs, shrimp creole, shrimp gumbo. Pan fried, deep fried, stir-fried. There's pineapple shrimp, lemon shrimp, coconut shrimp, pepper shrimp, shrimp soup, shrimp stew, shrimp salad, shrimp and potatoes, shrimp burger, shrimp sandwich. That- that's about it."

"Rice field shrimp" – they're sold in the aquarium trade in the US as "glass shrimp". They've always been an aquarium favorite of mine.
