*1 tsp instant coffee
*1 Tbsp garlic powder
*1 Tbsp onion powder
*½ tsp ground chipotle chili
*1 tsp smoked paprika
*2 Tbsp canola oil (optional but recommended)
*1 Tbsp soy sauce

*½ cup beet juice (120 ml)
*2 Tbsp red wine vinegar

🍲 Braising Liquid

*2 Tbsp olive oil
*1 Tbsp molasses

*Black pepper, to taste
