Hi there! I’m not a professional interior designer but I do love interior design and have a keen eye for it.
I like the darker picture better. It has more character and since you already have light colored furniture you need a su tie pop of color.
Also, that panting over the sideboard it’s very pretty but a mirror would look even better there as it would make the room feel bigger. In the evenings with the natural lighting a mirror would look stunning! It would give you very beautiful lighting.
For your entry table get either a big round mirror or a mirror with an arch. Since the table is rectangular and has straight angles you want add interest, texture and you’ll soften the angles with something with curves.

Looking good. Like First pic. The mirror and pics would look nice in entry way. Rug looks good but due to traffic I’d go a little darker so it won’t get dirty. Love your chandelier and olive tree!
The olive tree looks crowded in that corner…elegant long artificial flowesleaves in the right colors inside of a thin, tall vase..
Same height as olive tree but fitting nicely with extra room in that corner and not blocking your wall sconce….
It looks so nice!! I love your progress. I like the darker one for contrast. For your console in the dining room I’d do a large tray with a large pot that you can interchange flowers or foliage for occasions along with a couple large/medium white candles and/or a like Crystal pineapple or elephant (or whatever you’re into.
I think you need a big beautiful mirror over the credenza it would look a lot larger and the larger painting on the other wall

Regardless of which art you choose the frames need to be the same colour. The colour should be a brown tone or gold or copper not grey. Also, in my opinion your art should be more personal…. family photos or vacation memories…not art work that you can find in a hotel or corporate building.

The lighter art work goes best, just wish frame was same color. As for the stuff on the buffet– check out DON'T It On a Dime videos. She does beautiful displays for cheap
Darker frame for dining room. If you choose light frame, it will clash with credenza photo. You want better balance. You might not want to place LMNT can in your “investment” credenza. 😉
Also when selecting size of art for walls, keep in mind we’re in earthquake country…..choose lighter pieces or be sure it’s BOLTED to walls. I’ve had artwork fly off wall during earthquakes.
for the dining wall, i'll chose the one with the darker frame.
i think on the credenza the less is the best, change that for candles and that is it.
