I Tried a MICHELIN STARRED PASTA Restaurant

Today we’re trying a Michelin-starred pasta restaurant.
Everything here revolves around dough, and it’s run by Dabiz Muñoz, three-time World’s Best Chef.
But as you already know Dabiz, this isn’t going to be casual dining.
This is RavioXO.

  1. Great series, love to see the vast difference in restaurants but same quality, passion, and execution run by Dabiz. Keep up the good work Alex. Cheers.

  2. I don't know what to comment but I am earlier thus I wanna feel special , today is my bday 🥳🎂 …

    Maybe this may work

  3. cold carbonara is sort of infamous here in italy, how did they manage to make it work? really impressive

  4. I love how they gave you a dressing forceps as a chopsticks substitute, but then didn't tell you how to hold it. You've got it upside down! Only a very small subset of people would ever know to catch it =) It definitely speaks to the highly eclectic nature of the Chef's artistic tastes

  5. I get a bit put off when things are TOO creative, but this looks right on the edge to me. Massive creativity but everything is recognizable and I know what most of the ingredients are. It all looks perfect too.

  6. It’s no surprise that the chef has been voted best in the world. His creativity is on another level. Great video as always.

  7. Some of the items of the tasting menu look really delicious! It's a pity I don't want to go to Spain because of all the train accidents.

  8. You can really see his amazement in his eyes, you can’t fake that!
Those dishes, just wow! Try look really good and never just a fancy version of a common recipe! This man deserves his Michelin stars!

  9. Personally, I prefer a quieter restaurant experience although I can appreciate the creativity and energy here. This last post was a little fast paced for me to be able to consider the level of complexity of the offerings. As someone states in another comment, the choices are sometimes a little obvious as far as the delivery is concerned. I would prefer if the food were left to shine in its own right a little more. Perhaps I'm being a little precious. Despite all of this, thank you so much for sharing the experiences you had at all three restaurants. I expect to watch this last post a few more times.

  10. €165 for such an expansive and creative tasting menu doesn’t seem too bad! Especially for such a one-of-a-kind experience like what Chef Dabiz is known for

  11. does your cameraman also get food or does he just sit there, hungry, watching you enjoy the food and tell everyone how great it is?

  12. 5:50 I think eating with one's hands is an underrated at Michelin star restaurants, it really breaks the tension and stuffiness of a meal and often can help diners really lean into their senses

  13. WOW, I really enjoyed this series. This is the fine dinning I would love to partake in. The food is fancy and beautiful but the environment is inviting instead of ultra regal.
