Stage 1⬇️

Season 4 pounds of chicken breast
8g garlic
6g onion
6g chicken seasoning
6g paprika
And 3 tablespoon tablespoons of honey teriyaki sauce

makes this together. These are cooking on both sides for about 5 minutes with an internal temperature of 168°

Stage 2

300 g of chopped carrots
800 g of broccoli florettes
Add these into a bowl with salt and pepper
Mix and throw these into the air fryer go for 30 minutes at 400°

Stage 3

Weigh 350 g of uncooked rice. Add that to a rice cooker with 3 cups and let that cook through.

Stage 4

Your chicken is done shred that up with the meat chopper I have one on my page

Add in your broccoli, carrots, and rice

These are going into Tim meal prep containers each meal prep container gets 5 g of honey . This is optional, but I like it. I did add it to the macros, so no worries.
