Bangkok Culinary Journey | Local Flavors, Rooftop Sushi & Fine Dining

Wow, what an incredible culinary journey in Bangkok! From the moment we grabbed our airport snacks and had in-flight meals with Turkish Airlines, to our first ramen at Ippudo, tasting side dishes, soft-shell crab buns, and spicy salmon sushi rolls—it was a feast from the very start.
We explored local Thai flavors with Phat Kaphrao, morning glory, papaya salad, Char Kwetiaw, crab fried rice, and even fried squid in tamarind sauce. Every dish had its own story—fresh, flavorful, and unforgettable. The Silom area restaurant quickly became a regular spot for us, and honestly, the fine dining T-bone steak at Wolfgang was the cherry on top—tender, juicy, and absolutely perfect.
And of course, we didn’t just eat for the sake of it—we enjoyed sushi on the rooftop park while taking in the stunning Bangkok skyline, making the meals even more memorable.
All in all, we’re so satisfied with everything we ate, every flavor, every bite. Bangkok is truly a paradise for food lovers, and this culinary adventure is something we’ll definitely do again.
