Today, I’m very happy to share a special and delicious episode on my YouTube channel. In this video, I prepare a Kerala village-style colocasia root ada along with a traditional sardine fish curry for my neighbor brothers.
After returning from the village market with Rajan brother, I met Rakesh and Sukesh, who were extremely tired after working in the paddy field under the hot sunlight. They requested me to prepare something simple and filling for them.
I was truly happy to cook this meal for them, using traditional methods and fresh village ingredients. We enjoyed this food together beside the paddy field, surrounded by nature, fresh air, and warm conversation.
This was a beautiful, peaceful, and unforgettable moment in my life—sharing food, friendship, and village love.
