Big breakfast power bowls, going into the cookbook
Stage 1
3lbs 96/4 beef seasoning with ⬇️
8g paprika
8g garlic
6k onion
6g pepper
4g salt
Stage 2
20 slices of beef bacon (45 calorie kind)
Chop into small pieces let this cook
Stage 3
20 happy eggs
4g all purpose seasoning
Stage 4
4lbs frozen south style potatoes
spread a few passes over these before going into the oven
I ended up putting mine on 400°. I let it cook for 20 minutes and then I put it on 500 and I let it broil for 10 min
You can season these if you want to I just knew I was gonna be using my high protein sauces which I’m gonna list below.
Stage 5
Add all the ingredients into your beef pan mix and distribute as evenly as possible, and 10 meal prep containers.
If you are very particular, put a large bowl on a scale reset it so it says zero add your food once you get that total divided by 10 meal prep containers and that’s how much you should do each meal prep container
For example
You zeroed out your glass bowl poured in the food that you cooked. It came out to 89 ounces 89 oz. divided by 10 meal preps comes out to 8.9 ounces each meal prep container will be getting

Ingredients:
• 280 g nonfat Greek yogurt
• 25 g light mayo
• 15 g adobo sauce
• 10 g lime juice
• Smoked paprika (½ tsp / ~1.2 g)
• Garlic powder (½ tsp / ~1.5 g)
🍯 Honey Mustard Protein Sauce (12 oz)
300 cal 28g protein 43g per serving
Ingredients:
• 260 g nonfat Greek yogurt
• 30 g honey
• 25 g yellow mustard
• 15 g light mayo
• Apple cider vinegar (1 tsp / ~5 g)
