  1. This current CEO is a moron. Customers are complaining that the quality of the food has declined over the years and her answer is to change (neuter) the logo and do nothing about the food quality. This is a company that has lost touch with its customers and its core competency.
    Not long for this world.

  2. Cracker Barrel is ruined. We were going to our local restaurant at least once a week. We crossed off our dining list 2 years ago due to low quality food and higher prices. Service has gone down hill as well. They should have left it alone.

  3. They made their decision just like bud did I won't eat there again just as I won't by bud light anymore learn your fucking client base before giving into this bullshit

  4. Eat local and support your community and not corporate stupidity. Julie Masino made 6.6 million last yr by screwing up cracker barrel.

  5. Or maybe invest in a community full of young adults headed into chef careers and plug into their education and family expenses for chef school and scholarships 💪🏼😎

  6. Go woke, go broke.. when are these damn companies gonna learn?? You would think after BudLight slittin’ their own throats, Coke trying to rebrand and failing miserably.. they would’ve learned!! But I guess not!!

  7. A great CEO would actually want the employees who travel to go to other restaurants, to check out the competition and understand how others are running their restaurants in the name of research. Then they can also write off the whole food amount rather than "meals".

  8. Hey cracker barrel, wanna save money? Try not forgetting your actual customer base and wasting $700 million. That might save you money. Just saying. Lmao

  9. This company trains between 25 and 50 managers a month. The pay is more than competitive and they still can't keep one that's not a tweeker.

  10. They don’t realize they cannot dictate to their employees what they do when not on the clock. If CB wants to give employees tickets or something to use as payment, that’s fine. Dictating where employees can eat while traveling is ridiculous.
