NGL Looks like you’re making food for a kindergartner.
This poor, poor man.. as a chef I can’t possibly imagine having to be restricted in such ways that you can’t even use seasoning
Why are you wearing a mask?
What happens with the rest of the staff? Is there staff lunch, do they just pack their own, or are they allowed to use the kitchen too?
The main reason to make money is to be able to hire him as your chef!!
"I don't like steamed vegetables but it's definitely the healthiest way to make them"
That's why you don't like them 😞 I'm right there with you. Why is everything good so bad for you?
That crispiness was beautiful ❤

Everybody wins!! Except the chicken, of course
I hope some publisher reaches out to you for a recipe book one day, if that's maybe something you'd be interested in doing. I would be first in line!

Are steamed veggies really healthier than roasted or grilled?
Steaming is not the healthiest way do prepare brokolli since the high contents of vitamin k are not water soluble but soluble in oil🤓☝️
Cooking in oil isn't "unhealthy," it simply adds more fat and calories. Now, that might be a positive or negative (or neutral) depending on the person and their goals, but to make an absolute statement like "steamed vegetables are the healthiest" is an unhealthy mindset when it comes to nutrition.
