  9. Steaming is not the healthiest way do prepare brokolli since the high contents of vitamin k are not water soluble but soluble in oil🤓☝️

  10. Cooking in oil isn't "unhealthy," it simply adds more fat and calories. Now, that might be a positive or negative (or neutral) depending on the person and their goals, but to make an absolute statement like "steamed vegetables are the healthiest" is an unhealthy mindset when it comes to nutrition.
