  2. I'm pretty sure plastic one is meant for cutting cabbage and other green leaves vaggies. Not for fruits or vegetables.

  3. See price isn't really what makes a knife. If you can sharpen a knife with half decent steel any knife can be as sharp as the 500$ one

  6. Just because they don’t cut immediately doesn’t mean you can’t just sharpen them

  7. A more expensive knife comes with a sharper edge out of the box that'll probably maintain itself longer.. but with proper sharpening any of those actual metal, bladed knives could potentially reach similar results.
