Michelin-recommended restaurant Georgie enters French era with new chef at the helm #dallas #food

Fine-dining restaurant Georgie in Dallas is stepping into a new era, and so, too, is its newly appointed executive chef Bruno Davaillon.

The French chef — who has spent the past five years as the culinary director for the restaurant group behind Georgie and others — is now fully at the restaurant’s helm and is rolling out a new menu.

Georgie, located at 4514 Travis St., Ste. 132 in Dallas’ Knox District, is open daily for dinner.
