I was at DL Jan 23rd and watching Fantasmic when a cast member walked up and asked if we'd like to sit in the reserved area for River Belle! It was amazing, the highlight of my trip 🙂
For general seating – which spots do you recommend?

Disney said they removed the BBQ beef because they'd have to raise the price… but honestly, Disney makes massive profits across the board. Why not keep a fan-favorite item even if it only breaks even? Not everything has to be a high-margin product. Sometimes keeping guests happy is worth more than squeezing every dollar.
I appreciate your efforts Traver but can’t really see $64 value with the dining package or the options offered. All but the cake looked much smaller than what I would expect. I’ve done the River Belle fantasmic package before and did not see much improvement here foodwise. So wouldn’t do it again. The only thing better when I previously did it – we got to sit at the restaurant at a table by the front fence for the performance

I did this a couple weeks ago. The key lime tart was delicious.
It makes me sad that you have to buy a package to get a decent spot to watch Fantasmic. Years ago we would scrape together every dime to bring the kids to Disneyland and once you were in the gate, the experience was mostly the same for everyone. Now it’s based on what you’re willing to pay- on top of an enormous entry. We can afford it now but not everyone can.
I rope dropped DL this morning and hopefully will run into you one of these days. Last week I got a picture with Josh and Bob in New Orleans Square!

I was so sad at the menu change. I loved the seasonal pancakes and breakfast in general at River Belle Terrace in fact it was my favorite place to dine. But now I don’t see anything on the menu that appeals to me.
I was there 3 days ago I looked for you.The park was horribly crowded.I didn't feel like we were able to use the lightning lanes like we wanted to , but we had a great time
Having worked for a restaurant company for years, I totally understand the food costs concerns. The import tariffs imposed by the current Washington DC Administration is impacting all phases of consumer prices. While your food may not be imported many imported items are impacted by the Tariffs.
