The squirrel fish is not refined enough. It is supposed to be sliced into smaller bite sizes . At 7:24 it might not be crab fat but crab milt a.k.a male crab sperm ( Well, the female crabs already produce the eggs for you to dine on )

One portion should make shark fin crab meat soup with dash of brandy. Basically not really artistic. & boring to not cook create the different dishes from the crabs sections. Just separate the portions separately in different bowls. Creative Different Dishes: 1. Shark Fin crab meat soup. 2. Fried Rice crab meat. 3. Steam light egg custard crab meat. 4. Crab meat claw claypot glass noodles. 5. Stir fried asparagus 6. Stir fried black pepper with parsley & green onion (cut long).

The yellow croaker fish used to be very cheap and one of the most common fish in East China Sea. However, due to overfishing & environmental damage, they become less and the wild caught one can be extremely expensive. Guilty of the human beings 😢
