Edit: Why they always complain about 'its spicy' on Indian food. Then how they love Chinese and Mexican food, they have twice & thrice spicy than Indian food. ๐ค

we make malai kofta on occasions , get together or festival, functions etc.
We make savoury version without malai more …of lauka( bottle gourd), kathal(jack fruit) n kela ( raw banana) by mash n mix then put into onion , garlic n tomato curry with aromatic masala

Naan do not have Fiber as it is refined flour but Roti has more Fiber considering it is wheat with fibreโฆroti can be made from corn flour or millets flour tooโฆ

Good that people have suggested Roti. coz Naan has Maida flour mixed in, which is not good for ur tummy. Pure wheat flour roti is best all times. so go for it anytime and all time. sometimes its okay for Naan, just for a taste and thinking change. Thanks a ton for ur videos.
