  1. you know somebody really loves food when they know and can explain the difference between crunchy and crispy like this dude did 💯

  2. To call this the BEST fried chicken in New York City is wild. I can think of 6 joints better than this sh*t.

  3. structural integrity is soo important. I absolutely hate it when you get something to eat with your hands, but it falls apart the second you touch it.

  4. I just ate the Popeyes chicken sandwich and this pops up lol. Still the best chicken sando for $5.85. Wonder how much this sandwich costs

  5. This chef was amazing on F*ck thats Delicious with Action and he does it yet again! Amazing chef personality

  6. I put MSG as well as 5' ribonucleotides (sodium inosinate and disodium guanylate) in just about everything!

If you only use MSG, you're missing out!

  7. MSG is one of the biggest triggers of migraines. Chef's that use MSG are lazy. STOP USING MSG!!!

  8. I trust Blaylock, an MD who wrote a 300 page book called "EXcitotoxins" on MSG. I don't think anyone spends a year writing a book of this length for nothing. Having an MD and MS in Nutrition, anyone who doesn't believe Blaylock over a Chinese Chef has serious issues. MSG is the most toxic substance to the brain in nutrition. No elderly or infant should go anywhere near it. Aspartame is the same. I like how a Chef has the chutzpah to chalenge science. You're a Chef. We don't challenge you on chicken. Stay in your lane.

  9. why oh why did they spoil it with bread and butter pickles? Everything about this sandwich looks amazing until not hearing the words "kosher dill pickles" at the end…

but yes I'm still going to head down to Pecking House to try this when I get to town on Thursday
