Full Day Of BEST Food In Rajasthan With Rs.1,000!!πŸ’°πŸ›

In this episode of 28 Weeks 28 States, I take on the challenge across Udaipur and Jaipur, stretching every rupee while chasing bold, authentic flavours.

The day began in Udaipur with light, flavourful poha and a spicy dal kachori that set the tone perfectly. Lunch in Jaipur brought a rich keema baati drenched in laal maas gravy, easily one of the most indulgent combinations I’ve had. Evening snacks meant mirchi vada and comforting chai, before wrapping up dinner with mutton bhujma and another round of fiery laal maas.

From simple breakfasts to meat-heavy Rajasthani classics, this β‚Ή1000 challenge proves you don’t need a big budget to eat incredibly well in this state. Real food, real cities, and honest reactions β€” one state at a time.
