As a resident in Reno, Nevada, I can say with a bit of authority, that with all the added fees that the Las Vegas casinos/resorts have added on, winning the prize today to be the, "head chef" in a Las Vegas restaurant is a death sentence for your career. Come visit Reno. We do the same thing, but on a smaller scale with less fees, and way more outdoor fun (Lake Tahoe is only 30 minutes away.).
