All these restaurants have ruined Bengaluru masala dosa…..We don't use that much ghee/oil/benne….Dose brushed with garlic chutney add 1 tablespoon of ghee+ simple aalu palya+coconut chutney+ tomato chutney……I feel at this point the road side 40-50 rupees dose is more authentic than these overpriced stuff. Making a healthy dish super unhealthy.
