Single handedly my brother you have turned some normal fresh water fish that I've had growing up from boring old dishes or sometimes it would be bland or just too muddy tasting to legitimately DELI SHOE meals, And I have grown to enjoy more freshwater fish than I did before just due to copying your ingredients etc. Thank you man!
