For me, so many people get queso birria tacos wrong because they come out soggy. Not using the top floating oil to crisp it up. And it has to include onion and cilantro. The ones from LA look the best 👍

I’ve lived in both California 25 years and North Carolina for 2 years and I never wanna leave California again. For multiple reasons, one of which is the food. It is far superior here in California.

dude in NC definitely got his moneys worth, birria is so simple to make there's really no "best" really just depends on the meat quality, if you can get your hands on quality meat than every state should have a good birria spot
You got 3 tacos in Cali for 25 but North Carolina got a boatload of food im a Cali transplant and I can go back and find so many good spots Tina’s el manderos on and on even the food truck on the Hollywood walk of fame had some bangers I went bac for more that would have been like damn near 10 tacos
