When God made Angels, Kent and Shannon are in the forefront… Thank you both and God bless you!! ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
Thank you for this one. He was not the only one with a tear. God Bless Y'all
Thank you for that story. I am almost 75. In my youth, I had several surgeries at the Kosiar Crippled Children in Louisville, KY. I have bone spurs in my joints that caused me problems walking. As I came from a family of nine, our hospital would last three to four weeks. My family lived over three hours away, so I didn’t get any visitors. After my knee surgery, I would be on bed rest for at least two weeks. We would get around in wheel chairs. I would get to missing my family after the surgery. There was always a young girl in a body cast recovering from brittle bones. She had fell down some steps. She was always the happy. Told me she only had another two months to go before she would go home. I still think back to her everyday. I may not be able to do what other men do, but I have been able to work hard for over 40 years and retire with dignity. Thank you for your service to this great country!!!!!!

🙏🙏🙏👍🙏🙏

I think all of us love you both . 40 is my most in a duch oven . I do pies and homemade biscuits out of the tubes . Lol
Amen to that, Kent! My niece has a star at Give Kids the world. You're right. It's life changing!!!
It only takes one candle to chase away a whole lotta darkness…Be a candle or the person who lights them…
Got me bawling like a baby you do! Ty
May God continue to bless you both. You're a blessing to all the lives you touch.
Kent I remember a line from John Wayne, Mclintock. He told the young man everyone works for someone. I work for every steak house in the country. You work for me not much difference. True words even though it is a movie. No one is better based on who you work for or the status you think you have. Respect is important.
Ty Kent and Shannon….you guys are beautiful people for Jesus….I pray Divine protection for you and your work for the Kingdom is very encouraging 🙌🙌🙌👍👍😁
❤ great episode!❤
Awesome job. Almost couldn’t type this in because of my eyes watering. Thanks
God bless. You're good people. I enjoy watching your videos.
Can't take what weren't there. Hope? You don't know what it is.😢
Kent be brave 🙏
As always you have touched my heart with your works and made me cry too keep doing what you do God bless you and Shannon
Colossians 1:24 comes to mind along with how we take care of those in need.
Great video. Don't get me started on Yankee's. A man could burn down their house, piss on the ashes, and the same Yanks will shake his hand, say "thank you very much", and elect him as mayor.
Well done, great stories. Carry on.
So very poignant about the kids.
Blessings.
My daughter was born with half a heart and we got to stay at Give Kids the World. Such an amazing place. I wish more people could experience it just to understand how beautiful humans can be.
Your talents as communicators are evident in this podcast. You express facts, tell stories, and guide your listeners toward insights. What a significant program you have assembled here! From thoughtful biblical quotations to meaningful hymns, you include messages that give light.
Right. I do not go out anymore because of no respect. .I am totally shocked. When someone does show a little respect..I'm. Totally almost scared of them. That is because it is so rare these days .miracle you can tolerate so many. People..❤❤😊😊
Always a pleasure from two great folks. God bless you, and your little helpers!🙏❤
I love it!!
God bless you both! Your story of little Jonas brought tears to my eyes. Thanks for sharing such an inspiring story!
Just finished the episode. Really enjoyed the catering stories. Been to a number of catered events and always wondered how they had enough food. Those events with the kids are both touching and hard. I have/had a number of friends and families that deal with various form of cancers. If you are having what you think is a bad day, think of them and the issues they deal with every day. Know a family that deal with MPS, mucopolysaccharidoses. Waiting for the next episode.
Your a good person wish we had more people like you
Very moving, gosh those poor kids. Thank you both for sharing
Thank you for sharing this video education is key ❤
Can not wait till April. Also do you use a solar generator ever? I'm thinking on getting one.
We visited Give Kids the World in 2007 our daughter was going through treatment for Leukemia. She is now 27 years old and living her life. We appreciate you sharing this story. We Thank both you and Shannon for creating inspiring podcasts.
