Back in colonial America, fishermen pulled massive amounts of lobster straight from the shore. There were so many that prisoners were often fed piles of it because it was cheap and unwanted,some even complained about eating lobster too often.
Fast forward a couple hundred years…
Now that same crustacean shows up on white-tablecloth menus, carefully plated by chefs and sold as luxury cuisine for big money.
