Β½ kg beef / meat
2 tbsp coconut oil
2 onions – sliced
1 tbsp ginger – sliced
1 tbsp garlic – sliced
2 green chilies – sliced
Curry leaves
1 tomato – chopped
Salt – as needed
Water – as required
Masala Powders:
1Β½ tbsp Kashmiri chili powder
2 tbsp coriander powder
Β½ tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp garam masala
Final Step:
1 tsp pepper powder

Heat coconut oil in a pressure cooker on low flame.
Add Kashmiri chili powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, and garam masala together. Roast lightly on low flame.
Add beef/meat and mix well with the masala.
Add sliced onion, ginger, garlic, green chilies, and curry leaves. Mix well.
Add chopped tomato and required salt.
Pour water depending on how much gravy you prefer and mix well.
Close the cooker and cook for 7–8 whistles.
Once pressure releases, open the lid and add pepper powder. Mix well.
If you prefer thicker curry, cook for a few more minutes until desired consistency.
Serve hot with rice, parotta, or chapati.
