Bbq steak bowls with yummy slaw

Ingredients
900g regular potatoes
1200g steak
1 head of Green cabbage
1 red onion
8 fresh carrots
Greek yogurt
honey
lemon juice
light mayo
Stubs hickory bbq sauce
olive oil

Seasonings
1 tsp chilli powder
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp smoked paprika
1 tbsp poultry seasoning

Instructions
– [ ] Pre heat your oven to 425F Dice your potatoes into cubes add to a bowl and coat it with olive oil and your poultry seasoning. Throw onto a flat pan and throw into the oven for 35 minutes
– [ ] Cut your steak into cubes, throw into a bowl and lightly coat with oil then add the salt, pepper, garlic, onion, and smoked paprika. Mix and cook on a med hi skillet until your liking.
– [ ] Make the slaw mix. Dice up 400g of cabbage, dice 150g red onion, cut the carrots into thin slices 250g. Add everything to a bowl. Mix in 100g greek yogurt. 80g of light mayo, 20g honey, 2 tbsp lemon juice. And lastly 1/2 tsp salt and pepper mix it up.
– [ ] Make the bbq sauce mix for the steak and potatoes. 2/3 cup light mayo in a bowl with 1/2 stubbs and 1/8 tsp chilli powder.
– [ ] Evenly distribute everything to 7 meal prep containers and enjoy!
