  1. Bro, that steak was cut so thin it didn’t stand a chance with you trying to get a crust on it. It’s grey all the way through. I know it’s expensive but you can either afford it or you can’t. Cooking all of the pink out of it is an absolute waste. Once all of that pinks cooked out you’ve also rendered out the vast majority of the fat.

  2. Proof that the difference between a decent steak and a bullshit $500 steak is negligible.

  3. Now you know. Its not the meat that tastes good its your expectation that makes it taste good to you.

  4. That amount of A5 wagyu costs an arm and a leg here… the 2 stakes alone would probably be around $400-$500.

  5. I’m coming to the realization unless you point it out to them. Women don’t pay attention to ish. But expect men to notice when they go from one hair color to a shade lighter 😂

  6. Just shows wagyu is completely overhyped and overpriced and people only buy it to try and look good 😂

  7. A whole ribeye steak of A-5 is just too rich, thats why its usually presented in tasting menus, shushi/habachi, or tapas. Small courses that are designed to give you a maximized one bite sensation of the ingredients. Eating a whole steak would be a chore.

  8. Wow, if she can’t notice the difference between a5 wagyu and usda prime beef than it just exemplifies how her perception of food has 0 credibility and/or isn’t authentic. Like wut. They taste worlds apart. It’s not even in the same dimension. That was really disappointing and telling tbh.

  9. Eating an entire steak of wagyu like that would make you feel so gross. It is much better in small portions. It’s basically like eating straight butter
